Cancellation
A refund of 50% will be made when you cancel your trip with at least 3 days notice.
No refund will be made when you cancel within 3 days of the planned trip
Those using a coupon can cancel their trip up to 24 hours prior to the planned trip. With less then 24 hours notice, the coupon will be deemed “used”.

When the Typhoon Signal 3, Red Rainstorm Warning or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted within 2 hours prior to departure, the trip will be cancelled and re-scheduled.
